With a focus on positive mental health and well-being, we understand that happy employees are productive employees. That’s why our training incorporates improv acting/drama games to create a sense of playfulness and encourage team building, mindfulness to help bring balance to busy minds, and traditional public speaking/presentation techniques to help equip employees with the skills they need to thrive in their roles.

Our Training Includes
Improv Games
Improv acting games have been proven to help build confidence by getting people to practice creatively speaking and communicating in the moment. They teach people how to listen and collaborate with others, and are a fun way to break the ice with big groups whilst practicing speaking at the same time.
Mindfulness
Over 11 million working days are lost a year because of work-related stress and anxiety. Businesses all over the world are now encouraging practices that help employee well-being.
We incorporate this mindfulness into our training to give employees a skill set they can use to help navigate the busy, modern working world, whilst also providing a relaxed, clear-minded state that is prime for communication.
Presentation Skills
We know presentations are the one aspect of job roles that employees struggle with the most. So our training not only includes technical aspects of speaking such as voice projection, body language, and timing, but also fundamental mindset principles to help people deal with nerves and deliver the best presentation possible.
Our Philosophy
Our ethos as a training company is about encouraging people to be vulnerable and to show their humanness. This means allowing people to come as they are and learning how to communicate from that place.
It’s only through doing this that we can experience meaningful connections with others. Strong social connections within the workplace are proven to make employees happier and physically healthier, which translates into improved work performance.
